Learn to see your Aura

Picture
The Aura - human Energy Field.

The aura consists of seven levels or auric bodies. Each one of the subtle bodies that exist around the physical body has its own unique frequency. They are interrelated, and affect one another and the person's feelings, emotions, thinking, behaviour, and health as well. Therefore a state of imbalance in one of the bodies leads to a state of imbalance in the others.
The aura is the electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body and every organism and object in the Universe.
Contained in and helping to create the aura (HEF) is a collection of electromagnetic energies of differing densities that are connecting with or are leaving the physical body.
A healthy auric field is on average 1 meter or 2-3 feet wide and is usually oval shaped, this auric field encases the entire body and into the ground. (Imagine it as the egg shell and the person is the yolk).

The subtle bodies of the aura.
Our connection to each level.
1. Physical auric body - Physical sensations. Basic physical comfort, pleasure and health.
2. The etheric auric body – Inner emotions. Self-acceptance and self love.
3. Vital auric body - Rational mind. To understand a situation in a clear, rational way.
4. Astral (emotional) body - Relations with others. Loving interaction with family and friends.
5. Lower mental auric body - To align with the divine will within, to make commitment to speak and follow the truth.
6. Higher mental auric body - Divine love and spiritual ecstasy.
7. Spiritual (intuitive) body - Divine mind, serenity. To be connected to divine mind and to understand the greater universal pattern.

Learn to see the aura – method 1. By yourself.
1. Turn off the lights and lie in bed or another area where you feel most relaxed. You don't want the room to be pitch-black, but you do want as little light as possible. In most cases, streetlights filtering in through the blinds or a nightlight shining in through a crack in the door should be sufficient.
2. Hold your hands straight out in front of you. Don't stare hard, just gaze gently. An aura is not always a bright light; usually it is more of a haze.
3. To understand the way you should be gazing, keep holding both hands in your line of sight, and then focus your gaze on the bedroom wall in front of you. Your hands will be out of focus but still visible.
4. Extend your two pointer fingers and very slowly move your hands towards each other so your fingertips are almost touching. The aura will appear as lines of blue and red light between the two barely touching fingertips. Then, try it again with all ten fingertips barely touching.
5. Now slowly draw your hands apart, and you'll see slight streams of energy connecting each finger. Encourage your mind to visualize the energy increasing as you move your fingertips together and apart, back and forth. Bringing the fingers tantalizingly close together (but not quite touching) seems to increase and energize the auric flow.
Practice this technique whenever you can and you may discover, over time that you are beginning to notice the same effects around people's heads. Although auras surround the entire body, they are brightest and most visible around the head. If you are fortunate to begin seeing full body auras, there are certain things you must know about the different colors. Aura colors are constantly changing depending on mood and location, but the band of color closest to the body is known as a Life Color, and is usually fixed.

Learn to see the aura. Method 2. With a group.
Preparation
Techniques for seeing the aura alone are described later but it is best to do this with a group of 6 or more people. Choose a room that has a plain white or pastel colour wall. Dim the lights and wait until your eyes have adjusted. Have one person, the subject; stand still against the wall with their eyes closed so as not to distract the focus of the viewers. The viewers should stand or sit in front of the subject at a distance of about 6 feet. Glasses do not need to be removed by anyone.
What you will see
You will see a bright haze around the subject's body. This is particularly easy to see around the subjects head and shoulders. Some in the group may see colours but don't worry if you can't. Help others by describing what you see. Take turns as the subject and notice the differences between the auras. Some people's auras are easier to see than others.
How to see it
Look slightly above and between the subject's eyebrows. Let your eyes relax and don't try to see the aura. It is very much like looking at magic eye pictures. You will not see it the first time if you look directly where it is. The aura will just seem to appear around the subject. This can take from 10 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the viewer. When this happens don't look directly at it or it will 'disappear'. Instead, train your eyes to see it by keeping your focus on the subject as described above. After you have trained your eyes you can look directly at the aura without losing it.
If you have difficulty
While looking at the subject, think of something or someone that makes you feel good (your small child, for example). The aura is particularly easy to see around the head, shoulders and hands.
Trying this alone
With conditions the same as described above, put a potted house plant at eye level in the subject's place. Use a fast growing plant if possible. When looking at the plant open your heart to the wonder of its creation. How simple, yet beautiful, it is. When your heart connects with this you will see the plant's aura. When you have succeeded at this step you can look at your own aura using a mirror in place of the plant. The distance in the mirror is doubled so don't sit so far away! Look at yourself just as described above for looking at the subject.
